12pm-1:30pm: Lunch
1:45-3pm: Bike handling skills/transition work
3pm-4:45pm: Ride down beautiful San Diego coast.
5:30pm: Dinner-guest speaker: Michellie Jones-The Olympic spirit/Q&A
