2020 Team HERevolution Spring Training Camp, presented by Michellie Jones and GiddyUp Multisport!! 

We have finalized the dates for our first ever HERevolution Multisport Triathlon Camp Powered by Michellie Jones and GiddyUp Coaching. We are super stoked to have teamed up with Giddy Up Coaches, Michellie and Robin Barsantee, to offer Individual and group Coaching. We will have access to all their local workouts as well as their coaching expertise, the BIG news right now is we are offering a 3 day camp in beautiful sunny San Diego April 1st-3rd, Wednesday-Friday.
Amazing weather and timed perfectly for those who want to watch Oceanside Ironman 70.3 on Saturday, April 4th and cheer on our girls. We also have a HERevolution Gran Fondo Expo planned for Saturday, April 4th in downtown San Diego, for those who want to volunteer and hang out with yours truly and get the HERev vibe. The Gran Fondo ride is the following day on Sunday which we can get a team discount code and end the trip with a bang. They have 30,60, and 100 miler. Lastly for those who may just want to hang out on Saturday, I will be offering free passes to Tri City Wellness Center where you can swim, sauna, jacuzzi, message and spa.

12pm-1:30pm: Lunch

1:45-3pm:  Bike handling skills/transition work

3pm-4:45pm: Ride down beautiful San Diego coast.

5:30pm: Dinner-guest speaker: Michellie Jones-The Olympic spirit/Q&A

Thursday, April 2nd

7am-8:45am: Swim drills and analysis

9am-11:45pm: Ride-Oceanside bike path- San Luis Ray 

12pm-1:30: Lunch

1:45-3pm: Run 60 min run

3:15-5pm: Functional Strength

8am-9:45am: Swim Drills
